Do you prescribe medications?I can and do prescribe medications, but my philosophy is to build a base of mental health via healthy lifestyle practices and therapy and use medications adjectively and judiciously. If you have questions about medications but are not interested in psychotherapy, or are currently in psychotherapy and would prefer to continue with your current therapist, a consultation rather than an ongoing therapeutic relationship may be the most helpful at this time. I have chosen not to prescribe controlled substances through my private practice at this time.
How do I schedule an appointment? What are your rates?For questions about current availability and rates, please call (516) 690-7133 and leave a message including callback number on my voicemail. A brief phone screen will help establish the best direction in pursuing care.

Do you accept insurance?Yes! I currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna. For those without these insurances, I accept fee-for-service payments via Credit Card.
Do you have payment plans?I do not accept payment plans at this time. All payment is due at time of service.
How do I prepare for a consultation?Please prepare for your consultation by downloading Zoom Cloud Meetings from your app store to your device and register prior to the consultation.
